Professor Leszek Buszynski was until late 2010 Professor of International Relations at the International University of Japan. He was formerly Dean of the Graduate School of International Relations and Director of the International University of Japan Research Institute. Leszek has deep expertise in Northeast Asian security issues and an outstanding track-record as a researcher and educator in these and related fields.

Dr John Edwards is the Chief Economist for HSBC Australia. John contributes great depth of expertise on current and anticipated developments in both the international and Australian economies and their broader implications.

Rear Admiral Simon Harrington AM (Ret’d) Following a distinguished and broad-ranging career with the Royal Australian Navy, Simon contributes deep expertise on maritime assessment, policy and planning issues.

Dr Selwyn Heilbron Selwyn has been a business advisor to several of Australia’s largest corporations. He has experience in both developed and developing countries. Within the SI network he contributes deep expertise in business assessment and review, international investment options and trade matters.
